The only incentive of working for any State is to afford you ignorant means to the subjugation of your sovereignty, or afford you a means of the States subjugation.
In a marxist society, would everyone be paid the same? Also...
Probably the universe that demands people do a certain amount of work to survive or be destroyed.
They would be paid the same hourly rate, (1 labor token/hour), but not the same, since a doctor must always be on call, or may be doing research, or something else, their hours will be much greater than that of a janitor, who perhaps only has to work 4 hours every day.

Together these videos are about ~50 minutes, but this will answer all of your questions.
Why do you work? If you answer 'because I need money' then why do you need money?
In my opinion, people would work because they want to do that job. People may want to become teachers because they want to teach people, people would become farmers because they enjoy rural life, people might become chefs because they like to cook, people would become cleaners because they like to tidy things. You might want to be a security guard because you like staying up late. Some people may just want to follow in their parents footsteps, my dad was a meatworker and for a long time I wanted to do that job (I don't anymore). Also, my mum wants to open a business, not because she wants money but because she wants to have fun with it. If anything capitalism makes us sacrifice our dream jobs in favour of a high paying one that's potentially shitty (my dad only worked at the abs to put food on the table, but I wanted to do his job because I looked up to him).
Just a point about socialist realism, the reason that style came about was to make people take pride in their jobs. People may have seen those and thought "Huh, I want to be a metal worker now, it looks nice".
Yes
Do wage labourers get paid more if there is more profit? You work for income. Thats it.
it's not about wages as much as it is about whether or not food, health care, housing etc is provided or cheap. Under Capitalism you work 40+ hours a week for what? So you can pay your landlord, the bank, the grocery store, your insurance, etc etc etc. Under Communism you work not for profit but to keep the country rolling, presumably you'd have the infrastructure to make housing, food and health care a given right so you wouldn't need to worry about those expenses.
the opressive division of labor wont exist under communism, so that no meaningless tasks that don't require training will be turned into profesions, there will be no people that just sweep the floor all day, rather that task will be done communally by the people whose floor needs sweeping, and that includes things like plumbing, in the particular case plumbing will probably be integrated into the community, so that people themselves are the ones that do such tasks, as what trained profesions wil be paid, they will be paid per value created, and the value of things is the average amount of time it takes society to manufacture them, as i said before every job will require training of a probably high amount, then i think this is fair. At least this is how i read marx anyway
Nobody would be "paid" in a marxist society.
You would work, because you want to, and as an unrelated note, you would be provided for by a government.
