Eh depends where, for the most part they live alright lives, have schools, go to work. Sometimes some grenade is thrown or some house is taken shots at, but in the past few years it's been pretty "calm"

If K&M does somehow get recognition from Belgrade, it would take 2/3 of the government to change the constitution, then they'd be able to recognize Kosovo, however, there's a slight problem if 2/3 of the government does something that 2/3 of the population opposes, Serbia would get destabilized if the government doesn't prevent such criminal territory steal, and other minorities may turn rogue and follow Kosovo's example, further destabilizing the nation, ironic how Albanians have sacrificed a higher living standard than they had in Albania to now live in an actual legalized terrorist drug state

Separatism in Europe with the exception of Northern Ireland (and there it can be called more as Unionism than separatism) tends to be reactionary and IMO should not be supported by Communists
Seperatism that isn't Socialist can be supported as well by Communists under certain conditions. Either for the accelerationism and destroying a major capitalist state or for escaping an oppressive state. An example would be Italy maintaining fascist memorials in South Tyrol and trying to Italianize its people (who still are predominantly German speaking and gace Tyrolean culture) by force. They also allow neo-fascist parties like Casa Pound to march there freely and arrest people that pull down Italian flags. I am aware that most parties openly fighting for secession are pretty much Christian Democrats and rather bourgeois ideologically but in my opinion only the will of the masses matters and not the will of the people above trying to speak for them. So yeah. Secession from tyrannical states is alright in any case and communists should support it.
