The nuclear family is very much of a construction from ye olde capitalism, less so than social fascism. If anything social fascism makes marriage less attractive as state programs take the place of the husband's income (though this was unavoidable, families were already destabilizing before the welfare state was formed due to technological and economic factors). The peculiar structure of the welfare state as it exists in the first world disincentivizes marriage in a lot of ways, and almost all of the structural incentives for marriage only apply to people who earn considerable income and/or own property. Marriage just isn't an attractive option if you're poor, beyond all of the reasons why a poor person wouldn't want to marry. So it's a confluence of both technological and societal changes that couldn't have been avoided, deliberate policy that worked against the formation of family units, and an increasing totalitarianism where the state has to take precedence over loyalties like family or extended family.

If you get to that point, why would you even bother appealing to someone's sexual hangups? You could engineer sexuality out of the equation completely, create artificial wombs inseminated with artificial sperm, and a lot of people wouldn't have any reason to care about fucking any more. That seems more in line with how society has developed, where more people are either choosing to drop out or (more often) simply can't engage in sexual relations at any meaningful level. This process is only going to accelerate just from technological progression and material conditions alone. The only counterweight is that social engineers might consider it useful to maintain sexualism as a lever to control and condition the populace, and you get something like BNW's orgy-porgy becoming a thing. That doesn't maintain its' appeal throughout life unless you really infantilize men and women though, usually men past 30 or 35 get over sexualism and just regard it either as a vice they have to deal with, a duty the perform if they have a partner, or something to be ignored or avoided if they're just sick of it.
