I'm lead to believe the Katyn massascre was set up by the Germans to make the Soviets look bad, but does this fact, that Russia "admitted" to it, prove that Soviets did in fact do it? Who did the Katyn massacre?

Katyn massascre will always be used to make socialism look bad, but it ultimately doesn't matter. Yes, mass killings of people are terrible and whoever do such immoral thing should be punished, but they are all dead by now, no matter who killed them.

from what I can tell, the NKVD carried it out with german made lower caliber pistols. Iirc the origin of the ammunition used is what Furrtard ☭TANKIE☭s sieze onto, but it has been well established that the corresponding arms were exported to the the soviet union during this period, so it isn't the smoking gun they purport it to be. i read an article years ago, that mentioned the german bullets, but also the german pattern of the same type of crime in the region, also apparently handcuffs were used and found that germans produced
but i guess the germans on their retreat had nothing better to do than supplying the SU with those things needed to stage a massacre, such as the germans committed everywhere else, find the bodies as they are retreating and just conveniently need to cause a rift between allied forces, SU and poles, because they just happen to dig up mass graves that very moment, something rather uncharacteristic for the usually alleged crimes when it comes to soviets
but yes, it's all waterproof now because a party that didnt exist at that time put a stamp on "documents"
