It's *just* like black mirror guys

Can the meme be put back in the box? Take a look at this guy– here is some random blue check mark in China who thinks he's living in an episode of Black Mirror. But… is he? At all?

Here's three questions:
without a ticket in your country?

So what can you conclude? Actually this is… a normal law. Well, this blue checkmark is so brainwashed that he imagines that the social credit system means that train related offenses are connected to job, housing or other social areas. But this is a pure fiction that any person on this train could have dispelled for him. Social credit does not link unrelated offenses and generate them into a single "score" that effects every aspect of your life. Smoking on a train or skipping fares affect your ability to ride on a train. That's it. It's a normal law!! What do you want from them!? There is no score.

Do you hear me? There is no score!

Anyway this seems like a serious misinformation has taken root in the memesphere. This blue check mark is decrying that people in his mentions don't think it's an issue that there are laws against smoking on trains. He has no idea that the law he's terrified of doesn't exist. He never thought to ask anyone on the train with him about it. Now he comes back and misinforms more people with his "first-hand experience" with social credit. It's absurd.

black mirror sucks. it's just a shitty twilight zone except instead of interesting sci fi it's just 'hey, you know how much it sucks now? imagine if it sucked even harder'

Post link please. Also this

No one in black mirror acts like actual people.

Really the funniest irony with western denunciations of "authoritarianism" in foreign countries is that they're either blind or accepting of the crazy totalitarian shit they have at home.

So a country has laws that prohibits people doing fucked up shit on a train? Authoritarianism! Dictatorship!

Police put a bomb on your door and rush in with military grade weapons? liveleak.com/view?t=9gw8S_1539642834

Oh well, how unfortunate! A mistake. A one-off. I hope those INDIVIDUAL police officers are reprimanded! How dare those INDIVIDUAL police officers bring shame to a glorious justice system!

Foreign countries do the exact same shit, and maybe even to a lesser extent, as western countries - yet they're condemned for doing so. What a joke.

not authoritarianism

Imagine being this butt-hurt about being politely asked not to be a jackass on the train.

Zig Forums was right again.

Screaming over its Anti-Corruption programs and shit is Sinophobia but it must be remembereddoes not make china Socialist

Right. Its class character is what makes China socialist.

China's class character is very much capitalistic in Nature with a massive Bougie class and a corrupt group of careerists who profiteer off of capitalist enterprise in the form of corruption

This is why the whole conversation over “totalitarianism” is such an effective propaganda technique for the West. It has everyone imagining that everyone in Pyongyang is an actor, every single person in Venezuela who isn’t behind the opposition is being bribed and/or threatened and China having rules for their railway is like an episode of the Black Mirror. Get people to associate enemies of the US with sci-fi dystopias and not only do they drop any semblance of healthy skepticis, their minds will fill in the blanks so that ordinary things suddenly become the machinations of Big Brother.

its not amazing, but it doesnt suck either
it got some good episodes, i recc ppl torrent it at least

So much this, can’t even talk to most liberals without them shouting that I’ve been brainwashed by propaganda then ignoring any evidence I present.

This kind of sci fi is reactionary garbage. It simultaneously asks you to compare current society to a worse possible future (subtext being accept how good you have it) and to regard technology as the spooky doombringer. Actual challenging sci fi would explore the ways technology could be used to good or bad ends and how to maybe shoot for the good ends.

show me the version of this comic where they invent agriculture and the non-chief cavemen turn into malnourished little peasants who shit into buckets and spend their lives slaving away on a field crowing wheat so they can eat hard sticks of bread to get enough calories to keep living inside their little mudhut, also draw them with shit teeth and shit health in general, include them zerg rushing hunter gatherer peoples who live better more satisfying lives because they have the advantage of a higher population and metal tools

what if I told you the development of the internet will be bad for society but not for the reasons stated in Black Mirror.
