Most conservatives you label "alt-right" do not associate with that term. Only edgy morons do. Fringe people that want attention are usually "alt-right" whereas a typical conservative, like myself, try to focus on whats going on in the world, only with a little bit different perspective than most here.

That behavior is usually a result of growing up in an abusive family. Abuse is what you're used to so you don't see it as abnormal or worse you seek it out because you don't know how to handle a healthy community/relationship.
For specifically mixed-race people who do this my speculation is that one or more parents may have had latent racism that they projected onto their kid. Some people with racist attitudes end up fetishizing other races (see Zig Forums and cuck porn) and sometimes seeking out relationships with someone from another race. If that kind of person takes it far enough to have a mixed kiddo, they are probably going to get a huge ball of cognitive dissonance that pushes them into abusive behavior either directed at the kid or made visible to them (e.g. ranting about la creatura or whatever but not specifically directed at their 56% white kid).
This obviously doesn't apply to every case, but it's almost certainly true in some cases.
