Italy Wants Rescue Ship Seized, Accuses Doctors Without Borders Of Illegal Dumping
Authorities in Italy have demanded the seizure of a humanitarian ship used to rescue migrants from drowning in the Mediterranean Sea, alleging that the ship improperly dumped contaminated and medical waste at port — a charge strongly rejected by the nonprofit groups that operate the ship.Doctors Without Borders and SOS Mediterranee describe the seizure order as an attempt to criminalize humanitarian aid, saying the ship has always followed standard procedure for disposing waste.

An Atomwaffen Member Sketched a Map to Take the Neo-Nazis Down. What Path Officials Took Is a Mystery.
Some experts and former officials see the case as part of a larger pattern, evidence that federal agencies are understaffed and out of position in confronting the threat of white supremacist terrorism — even as the FBI’s latest report shows a spike in hate crimes for the third straight year.

Based atomwaffen chasing down neonazis. Antifa BTFO

Good, now they are going to be less likely to involve themselves in offensive imperialist wars along giving the revolutionary means to their citizenry.

Wow, just in time for France to replace their aging mediocre locally-invented military equipment!
With weapons originally designed in America!
What a strange coincidence!

I V P I T E R strikes again
this should be good, setting up another avenue for protest and resistance against the state by draft-dodging and an anti-military service movement while proletarianising the army and arming the masses/educating them in the use of weapons.
If this is a preparation for further imperialist war it is a desperate one on the part of the bourgeoisie and one which sets the stage for it backfiring in the form of revolution where the army sides with the working masses.

Ohio considers total ban on abortion and death penalty for women or doctors found guilty
Politicians in Ohio are considering passing a bill that could allow abortions to be punishable with life sentences in prison and even the death penalty. The proposed law, House Bill 565, would extend the definition of a person in Ohio's criminal code to include the "unborn human". This would mean that a foetus, from conception to birth, would be considered a person, leaving people who perform or undergo abortions vulnerable to severe criminal penalties.

Advocates Fight 'Culture of Secrecy' In Post-Hurricane Puerto Rico
Mabel Román Padró wishes she hadn't had to sue Puerto Rico's government. But because she did, it translated an important report about Hurricane Maria into Spanish so she and most of the island's residents could read it."Access to information has always been hard here," Román said.It was a more than 400-page report that the governor, Ricardo Rosselló, planned to send to Congress outlining his vision for the island's reconstruction and his need for $140 billion to see it through. Before delivering it in August, the government published a draft for public review — but only in English.

Why Some People Are Freaking Out About Tech Stocks Right Now
While we’ve watched tech companies provide a means for us to tear apart the fabric of society, they’ve been credited with keeping the financial markets booming over the last year—but that could be coming to an end. This year has seen record gains and earnings on the stock market, but much of the growth has been wiped out in recent days, and tech companies are taking the bulk of the blame. Specifically, all eyes are trained on the “FAANG” stocks—Facebook, Amazon, Apple, Netflix, and Google. For more than a year, analysts have watched nervously as those five major stocks have turned in outstanding performances and become a barometer for the larger market.

'Infuriating': Trump FCC Refusing to Release Data Showing If Telecom Industry Being Truthful About Internet Speeds
Under Trump-appointee Ajit Pai, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has continued a program to track whether major companies like AT&T, Comcast, Spectrum, and Verizon are providing their promised internet speeds, but has failed to publish any of its findings—concealment that has raised alarm among tech reporters and former agency officials.

I actually read an article in the Economist about how Silicon Valley's startup industry is dying because it's being monopolized. I'm willing to bet this is the TRPF in action.

Holy Shit. This will lead to a coup soon where they army now made up of prols will launch a socialist coup when the market crashes again.

2) that image looks cropped, is there a full sizee one?

Now we wait for Germany to follow suit.

What Can We Learn From a Headmaster Who Refused to Allow His Students to Celebrate Armistice Day?
On the afternoon of 11 November 1918, my father Claud Cockburn, then aged 14, covertly threw the keys of the main gate of his school out of an upstairs window to a soldier waiting below. His purpose was to allow the soldiers being trained locally to break into Berkhamsted School in Hertfordshire and thrash it in retaliation for the refusal of the headmaster, Charles Greene, to call a school holiday to celebrate the armistice, which had just been declared. Many pupils, including Claud, objected to this decision, as did the soldiers, angry at what they saw as an unpatriotic failure to celebrate victory adequately after four years of war.But the soldiers and schoolboys were both mistaken about the headmaster’s motives: Charles Greene, whose third son was the novelist Graham Greene, supported the war, but he was acutely aware of its terrible cost, not least to former Berkhamsted pupils, of whom no less than 230 had been killed, their names commemorated by plaques outside the school chapel, while a further 1,145 were still in the armed forces as the war ended.

A brave new US Congress or same old hypocrisy?
The ‘Saudi Arabia Accountability and Yemen Act’ bipartisan bill in the US Senate suggests that long-missing congressional activism in American foreign policy might be on the horizon, but likely would be on a selective basis.Since the mid-1990s, the US Congress has abdicated its oversight of the executive’s foreign and national security policies owing to increased partisan polarization, decreased legislative expertise on foreign affairs, and greater deference to the presidency on war, counter-terrorism and trade issues. This default congressional tendency of leaving the White House unconstrained on foreign policy may, however, shift in response to changing international circumstances.

Just watched the Atomwaffen doc PBS did, pretty scary stuff ngl. Evidence that the left seriously needs to embrace gun ownership, or at least b normal it for the libs.

Libs are terminally gunphobic, even in burgerland. Which is a pain considering how well armed the opposition is, at least some of them can be radicalised.

If this shit breaks out I'm joining the Underground American Juche Expeditionary Force

The only bright side to all of this is that the American Nazi movement is still pretty thoroughly incompetent and prone to (violent) infighting. The fact that apparently some of these Attomwaffen guys converted to ISIS wahhabism speaks to that. What's more is that there's an increasingly sophisticated antifascist info network that, and this is where it gets scary, gets cited by even the government.

But there's never a guarantee that incompetence will last. I remember Brecht's comment about why he surprisingly wasn't afraid about the rise of Nazism.

Aren't AtomWaffen just like 90s tier NeoNazis who never got the memo that Oklahoma City killed their "movement"? And now they've apparently starting practicing Satanism and Isis Wahab shit instead?

Also Zig Forums won't speak about it but the guy that blew away the Synagouge was literally an AtomWaffen fag that spent all day being edgy with them online basically

Honestly, I haven't even heard about this before coming to this thread…
Right now, French people are too busy screeching about the tax raise on gas. Even the trotskyist party is trying to get its share of the cake by endorsing the protest.
They get fist-fucked all year long, but the only way to get a reaction from these fucking idiots is when you directly threat their comfort. Two of them died already during the protests, can you believe that shit?

...

too bad he didn't get killed, but even that would probably not get the reaction it deserves

tasty

not nearly enough

Was the sniper firing into a crowd and he happened to get shot in the ankle with brain matter splattered all over him or something? I find it hard to believe that he didn't get shot in the chest like the other Palestinians.

That's not what I meant. These fucking people are ready to suffer because they don't want to pay a few extra cents for their gas but you'll never see them say anything when the government is deregulating work laws.
Well, it's not new to me, but it kinda bums me out and makes me want to not care about anything anymore.

Waiting for the story where some Parisian inner-city migrants get in a scuffle with some racist rural kids and win with their superior military training.

They fucked the GOP. That DODGE CHALLENGER OF PEACE and SCREW YOUR OPTICS I'M GOING IN has completely caused Jews and Coloreds to never vote for the GOP again. And the GOP is what caused all the immigration bills that Zig Forums likes to bitch about too.

lol and you know what is even scarier? That "sophisticated antifascist info network" uses Kiwifarms. Like SPLC cites them and ANTIFA copy/pastes what is put down without citing it.

The site that was made to make fun of a fat autistic tranny cherokian is pretty much all that is keeping Nazis from doing shit.

That and their whole system is doomed to failure unless they have some Fuhrer. Who hasn't appeared yet.

...

Maybe it was a warning shot?

Well, it's not america so that doesn't apply.

Were there not strikes, mass protests against privatization and public job cuts going on already? It was not as if macron was popular and there was no opposition to his reaganite horseshit, and people only began to get mad a fucking gas tax
