Everybody is chimping about those 15%-25% tariffs that Trump was slapping on the Chinese, EU, and Canadians, meanwhile the upstart Albanians in Kosovo just put 100% tariffs on all Serbian imports. And their parliament is now also voting to turn their token security force into a 4000-strong standing army, in spite of the fact that NATO's 4000-strong KFOR already guarantees their security. That is what real destabilization looks like, not the diplomatic footsie that Trump is playing with China, Russia, and Saudi.
