Parents: Probably the most boring kind of conservatives you can meet. Only really care about taxes and the most mundane shit like football man not standing. They were Kasich supporters during the 2016 Republican primaries if that helps you picture how normie conservative they are.
Sister: Centrist, from what I can gather. She still has a lot of the same economic views as our parents because she always just parroted their political opinions growing up. Now, she's generally interested in social justice idpol issues probably because she works at a university (not as faculty or anything).
Sister's Boyfriend (he basically counts as part of the family since they're probably getting married soon): Gary Johnson Libertarian. Only policies I've ever really heard him discuss are weed related.
Grandma: Will literally vote for any Republican. Don't think she really follows much political happenings since my grandpa died (he was a daily reader of their small town conservative paper and watched Fox News 24/7).
Aunt: MSNBC liberal. Maddow is her queen. Loves the Dems and dislikes Bernie.
Me: ML Dad: Lolbertarian fox news watcher along with his brothers and my Grandad Mom: Rational centrist who thought Hillary was a far left Democrat Sis: idk probably like my dad Cousin: a pretty big Trump supporter along with most of his side of the family. Also stoped carting about politics after the election Grandma: Hillary supporter Friends: mostly liberals except for one that's just a libertarian with an emphasis on idpol

To be fair, she certainly was pretending to be. You can tell a centrist anything about yourself and they'll believe it.

Her husband was the one who taught me to be a socialist, she doesn't seem that left wing but she's also in her 90s and barely able to speak coherently. Both her and her husband were blacklisted as communist in the 50s though. Seems socially libertarian, doesn't care about gayness or anything like that. He once got mad at someone for saying black people were dumb, defending them because he made friends with a lot of black people when he used to work on a chicken farm. He was in the BLET. His his parents a socialist. He was fined for having a black girlfriend as at 14, and worked in a brewery for most of his life. Basic protestant conservative. She doesn't like gay people that much and hates immigrants. Don't know, she doesn't like feminism but only because she hates fat people. Democrat, that simple. She is a Methodist and believes Christianity is a large solution to a lot of problems. He votes democrat but hates them, he says he voted for Jill Stein because he hated Trump and knew Clinton will lose in out state (Kentucky). I don't think I could call him a "socialist", he's around Chapo Trap House levels of leftism. Same as mom. A bit more "left wing" than my dad, but not as much as great grandpa. She likes Rick and Morty a lot. A straight up white nationalist, but he's also 13 so I'm sure he'll grow out of it if he ever lives somewhere besides out town. Ethnically my mom's family is Irish, and my dad's family is mostly Lithuanian.
me: communism of the ML variety wife: communism mom (rip): life-long social democrat great uncle (rip): communist, fought with the reds in the Finnish revolution, fled to the USSR, survived the siege of Leningrad and fought with the Red Army to Berlin.

Me: ML Mom: Used to be a gun control activist, is now just #resistance. Basically doesn't have any other opinions besides these two Dad: Centrist Brothers: Liberals Sister: A neocon who thinks she is a liberal
My wife and I are both socialist, we met shortly after Macedonian independence, she's Bosnian. My parents are socialist, my dad even worked in the CKM. I always wanted to, but it dissolved when I was a teenager.
