Would you vote for any democrat over Trump...

Would you vote for any democrat over Trump? I don’t understand how anyone on the left could tolerate another term of this imbecile. Even Zizek has walked back his endorsement of Trump.

unfunny and insufferable as he is, another term of trump would be preferable to a centrist democrat from a pragmatic standpoint.

I support Trump over any other major American politician, left or right. He’s proven to be the most isolationist leader militarily that the country has seen in the last one hundred years which is the only thing you could hope for out of the Great Satan

Trump is a criminal and he has shown complete disregard for the environment. He emboldens white supremacists and reactionaries.

But that makes up 100% of America. Also he's hardly emboldened the populace in any meaningful way.

all of those things are true of centrist democrats

Obama emboldened racists for eight years, Trump is just a symptom of an extremely racist country full of retards.

And I’d prefer Trump over Obama or any war hawk liberal

Policywise, Trump is leagues ahead of most democratic candidates: anti-interventionist, tries to uphold election promises (whichever they are), which is more than can be said about anyone else.

Otherwise, there is absolutely no point in supporting anyone who does not support you. Fighting to help a slavemaster to enslave you over your current one because he's supposedly nicer is madness.

No. I'm kinda getting turned off on the idea of even voting anymore. It all just seems like a big racket where a bunch of assholes get to play leader for a term or two.

...

Voting Vermin Supreme because I actually agree with him.

Trump has done more for the amerifat left in the last 2 years than just about any other politician or organizer (including Bernie Sanders) over the last 30 years. So in a way zizek was proven right.

Well what has he done then?

I don't know whether to agree with you or not. This is a quality post friendo

lol every president has complete disregard for the environment
yet under Trump, US emissions have fallen because he has fucked up America's economy
If any of you are serious about hating America, Trump is the only serious choice. Anyone else will try to repair America's government, economy, and imperial projects. Only Trump will actually harm America in any meaningful way.

A great rarity, coming from a Weaboo.

America has been and will continue to be raging dumpster fire with our without trump. Were all of you not born prior to 2016?

Yes, that is half of America. The other half are neoliberal centrists and warhawks.
So Trump #winning is the best outcome for the rest of the world.

That’s a pretty irresponsible attitude to have.

How so?

If America continues to retreat the MENA region and alienating its allies then it will destroy or at least severely weaken itself. That is a good thing.

That doesn't even make sense. America doesn't need anything from the middle east. Europe is pretty useless as well.

If America doesn't need anything from the middle east then why do they have bases all around it?

Jews can't defend themselves.

I would never vote for Trump under any circumstances. There's no point in even considering it when 3rd parties exist or abstention is possible. However, I would not vote for just any democrat either. I voted for Obama in 2008 but i don't think there's any circumstance I'd vote for him again, nor ever for Hillary. I will never forgive them for Libya, Syria and a variety of other things.

The problem is the Dems have become a jingoist red scare party now, obsessed with a Russian boogeyman, worshiping the CIA and FBI and treat anyone who doesn't want permanent war and interventionism as a possible traitor. As it looks now they're more likely than Trump to start a world war, because muh hacked emails and facebook memes.

If it's not Bernie or maybe Warren, I'll be voting Green again. Pretty much all the rest of the Dems deserves to lose and watch Trump win a 2nd term.

Nah they're going for Latin America now instead of the Middle East is all.

I would vote for neither unless someone like Bernie came forwards with a robust socialist policy

I would vote for Trump just so he can continue the retarded tariffs which will bankrupt the United States even more. This is proper "acceleration"(for lack of a better term), and we could apporach a revolutionary situation soon.

THE ONLY FUCKING PROBLEM IS THAT LITERALLY ALL THE COMMUNIST PARTIES IN AMERICA HAVE NO FUCKING DISCIPLINE AND OPEN THEIR DOOR TO LITERALLY ANYONE.

I like Trump because of how much he upset bourgeois democracy.
As much as people like to meme the ebil repuiblikkans he was the most anti war candidate.
Strong border security is a good thing
He's brought out the worst in liberals and their worldview is becoming increasingly hard to defend. I still firmly believe that liberals and social democracy are bigger threat to Communism than free market capitalism.
