Not as much as I should have, but I've gone to local clubs to have a look around at what's currently going (unfortunately it's mostly social clubs rather than actual conservative groups) and chatted with people there. Unfortunately the youth aren't involved and aren't really interested in those clubs, so it'd end up mostly being people in their forties and up in those.
Find a congregation at a uni or wherever and involve yourself there, you might be able to find like-minded people there, alternatively through work or similar.
