There's supposed to be a complex system of transference of qualifications in medical systems internationally.
There isn't a single universal accreditation. American doctors are far less qualified than English. Indian ones I would expect even less so.
The possible reason to the mystery of why so few people in England want to become doctors is because they would have to work twice as hard for the same position.
Given the corruption in other areas of life, I wonder if there aren't incentives for third world doctors to work here.
