idk about colonizing mars, but maybe strip mining for water. hopefully we have more advance engines so fuel isnt a problem. Saturn is our future though.

I don't understand this. Do they mean intelligent life? Do they mean humanoid life? Because it seems to me that there could potentially be a shit-load of marine life, even if it's non-sentient plankton-like creatures.
In the future the space colonist can convert the water into drinkable water and dump it on the promising planet with no water.
