Spot on. I'd been struggling to free myself from this addiction for years. I started to become more catholic again, growing in my faith, and went to confession. Since then I've found it much easier, pic related describes me now when feeling temptation.

It’s great to see the results when you quit. When I was younger I’d get a kind of high. Then invariably, I’d come across some woman who seemed to think it was ok, or who seemed so “ready to go” that I would be aroused when alone again, and would give in.
I’ve had very long streaks in the past few years. (I’m married now and have a baby) I find the best outlet is a very hard workout. Weight lifting, cardio. Wear yourself out, completely.

As for quitting porn, Zig Forums threads on the purveyors of porn have helped me tremendously to get past that. I believe, as a Christian, it’s ok to hate evil. So if you can read between the lines here, evil-hate has helped me quit porn. Use it wisely.
