My dude I know and have daily interactions with both social workers and homeless people. Trust me, the people who get homeless and stay homeless aren't being kept down by "the man". "The man" would be fucking overjoyed if these people could get jobs and start paying taxes, instead they are kept alive on charity in the vain hope that they won't rob, murder, and rape the public out of desperation. If you are an honest SANE person you do not stay homeless for long because there are numerous programs and retard-tier jobs out there that only require you to show up on time. Long term homeless are defective on a genetic level and generally some combination of crazy, obnoxious, or chronically lazy.
