Literally nobody believes that Mary being the mother of God makes her God. She is a human being who never sinned and never denied God, which is great and wonderful, but she's still only human. Saying that she's literally God would be actual "mariolatry", and Mary herself wouldn't like that.

"Queen of the universe" is a title, not a proclamation that Our Lady is God. She is the Queen of Heaven, the greatest of all Saints, and God's greatest Creation.

The Apostles tell us that Mary was assumed into Heaven after being entrusted to St. John. Moreover, Jesus told His beloved disciple that Mary would be his Mother, and that St. John would be Her Son.

Since Jesus Christ is True God and True Man, this was not a simple rhetorical command, but Jesus Christ proclaiming that Mary is the Mother of all the beloved disciples of Heaven (aka, Saints).
