it means you cannot solely rely on scripture for the teachings of Jesus Christ, you must also turn to the Apostle's and their tradition to receive the full fruits of the true faith

which is very important because Jesus Christ is God, right? Wouldn't you like to know what Jesus Christ did that was not listed in the Gospels? Doesn't the same scripture also say that there are many teachings that Christ gave to the Apostle's?
Don't the Apostle's also remind their churches to await them and hear their teachings - and, to rely on them alongside the Gospel?

Yes that's called the New Testament.
When Paul had to leave the church at Ephesus he said this.
And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified. — Acts 20:32
Some of us believe this is true. Others doubting this gave in to the cunningly devised fables some cult made up.
Colossians 2:8 — Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.
Titus 1:14 — Not giving heed to Jewish fables, and commandments of men, that turn from the truth.
But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.
But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them; And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works. — 2 Timothy 3:13-17
