Only the default one that comes with android. Do realise though that communicating over the SIP network is always recorded and monitored and automatically stored as text for future parsing. Just use tox you faggot.

Replace your preinstalled apps, especially if they're Jewgle apps, with the SimpleMobileTools apps i.e. Simple Gallery, Simple Calendar, Simple Camera, Simple Notes etc. The Slovak who makes them seems pretty cool dude.
