Desktop-sized Genome sequencing machines cost a few thousand bucks, the haplogroup/ancestry/disorder databases are open and they are not restricted to amerishart terms like "1/8 Italian".
Why not simply buy one for an extended family/a group of friends/local community/hackerspace to compensate the high price?
Giving your biologic samples to third party, especially abroad in Israel is helluva stupid.

This isn't the only place to have this type of thing done. All of these places charge less than $100 verses several thousand, although that does sound like an interesting side business if those machines are that cheap. It wouldn't be worth it for one person.
