The reason trannies go to foreign countries is they'll say yes to anything as long as they pay. A doctor in a real country/caliphate might stop them if they seem more insane than they're willing to pretend is normal and/or if it would lead to harm. The NHS will cover it, so if he had to go doctor shopping it suggests he's now a ticking time bomb.

Currently it's the only thing having any effect on gender dysphoria. However, tons of crazies mistakenly believe they have gender dysphoria and operating on those is really bad. Those who fail to get the diagnosis goes to Thailand and gets surgery they shouldn't have from unscrupulous doctors.

I though I would never have to deal with trannies in real life but I was recently told my sister is dating a tranny and apparently is going to celebrate the next Christmas with us. I don't even know if the tranny is a man or woman since apparently my sister is bisexual. Don't ever let your kids into a humanities department.
I live in a no free speech country so I'll have to hold my thoughts.
