Keep yourself busy. Exercise is a good distraction, go for a jog or a walk outside and get a bit of fresh air. Cold showers are good too.
If you cant do either of these, the best way I've found is to picture things that are huge turnoffs for you, or stab yourself with a pin or something.

Yeah, when you feel the urge go lift. Even if you already lifted that day, reduce the weights and lift. It's your body not being acclimated to the stress hormones and trying to find a way around dealing with them using a mental block with endorphins.

Find another way to get those endorphins. Lifting works well enough.

I haven't tried lifting yet, Im a bit concerned that I will do it wrong and screw up my back. do you think it would be enough just to lift a handheld dumbbell I have?

It's not hard to do it right. Just do it right. And injuries aren't the end of the line anyway. Lots of jacked dudes hurt themselves and still come back stronger.

I've tweaked my back before, which hurt for a while, but it's nothing bad in the long term. Make sure you can always bail though, meaning you either use a power cage or squat rack, or you use bumper plates so you can drop the barbell on the ground. If you have the ability to bail, you will not only be able to bail before hurting yourself, you can also push yourself harder by going closer to your limit since you don't have to worry about crushing yourself underneath the bar.

I'm on day 12, first day I'm starting to feel horny and slight urges watch porn. Your brain is doing everything it can to make you feel like shit to make you submit and get that dose of dopamine it craves. Do not be a slave to porn if you feel it, get away from your computer, go to the living room, kitchen anywhere away from your computer and relax a bit. Meditating also helps.

Even if you’re not a scientist there is easy information out there on things like oxalates, nightshades, goitrogens etc. Most of the mainstream articles on them all have the condescending bs tone where they will first admit that these things are bad for us, but then try to convince you that there are still benefits, still have to eat your vegetables goy! Regular controlled opposition type stuff.
Another thing to consider is that any fruits and vegetables from the Americas have only very recently been eaten by humans as far as evolution goes. I haven’t gone too in depth researching this, but since many of these plants are the highly inflammatory ones there could be some merit to avoiding those. There are harmful/inflammatory plants native to Europe as well, but I would imagine we are more adapted to deal with those. That’s just my guess though
I’ve been doing pretty good on the carnivore diet, but whenever I have tried to add plants back in it’s horrendous. Put sautéed mushrooms in an omelette and had terrible digestive pain for hours. The only plant food that’s sat on my stomach okay has been white rice. I’m still figuring out exactly what to eat for my body on carnivore, but I don’t really see myself ever going back to eating plants

It's that simple logic that I find most convincing. Relevant to your experience with rice, you can look at what guys like Brian Shaw and Halfthor Bjornsson (literal strongest men on the planet) say about their diets after cutting basically everything except rice and beef; they used to be "married to the toilet", but now can get their calories and nutrients with comfort. If these top tier athletes have their best experience and performance on this kind of diet, why then would vegetables suddenly be a necessity?

And, as I said before, a mother's milk is considered the #1 thing required for a healthy baby. It even increases IQ, if studies are to be believed. Why then would broccoli (which never existed in the form we see it now until recently) be important? I do occasionally put some plants in my diet, like right now I'm making a beef stew with sweet potato and carrots in it, but that's just for flavor, and by boiling for hours I'm processing the shit outta them.
