So what? Google is corporation where the employees and shareholders make decisions. It's not a publically owned utility. They have no obligation of neutrality. If you don't like it, create competition. The last week I worked for that company they had two guest speakers on two separate occasions sponsored by the company giving talks to huge rooms full of employees about how white employees need to be subservient to minority employees to promote "allyship"
