It should be legal for those in severe pain, the elderly, and those with terminal conditions. Mental health conditions can be helped. Though I tend to be of the mind that your life is your own to take, if you're unhealthy in mind your capacity to make an informed decision is handicapped, so it pretty much cancels itself out.
