Or what about "anti-establishment" candidates (Andrew Gillum) supporting single payer healthcare, then immediately backing down? Or Sanders praising Bezos when the minimum wage rise was paid through tax cuts and a roll back of bonuses?
Socialism needs more than just discourse. It needs action. What AOC is doing is so inconsequential, it wouldn't have made any difference at this point if she hadn't been elected.
If all she's going to do is adopt the party line, renege on her election promises and endorse everyone the DNC puts forward, how is she in any way distinguishable from other mainstream candidates?

Didn't know that prior to the 2016 election that the democrats were fully supportive of medicare for all, raising the minimum wage, student debt, addressing climate change, criminal justice reforms, and housing for all. Not any of these issues were supported by the democrats prior to Bernie so shut the fuck up in trying to insinuate that she's "mainstream."
