This one is closer to 5,000. It's far from the first, and definitely won't be the last to try. But it's a complete lose-lose situation all around.

If I were a decent man and had the resources I would mostly likely be going into Mexico and delivering those caravanneers bottles of water and food laced with small pox. They would be the perfect vectors for a new wave of smallpox pandemic that would slaughter everyone in the region as they fled across America.
