A estratégia sempre foi fazer título chamativos em vídeos ou em blogs, de certa forma brincando com o algorítimo e com a cabeça da oposição. Para efeitos práticos, veja o que o PC Siqueira está fazendo agora no seu canal. Ele está atacando violentamente o Nando Moura e o pessoal do MBL, jogando baits, provocando mesmo, e assim ele está conseguindo angariar ainda mais visualizações para os vídeos deles, que atualmente possuem sempre uma mensagem de oposição ao bolsonaro. Para ficar mais claro, é aquela coisa de pescar quem está fora do debate, enquanto corroí a imagem do adversário. Nessa lógica, você vence o debate quando consegue que uma terceira pessoa escute a sua opinião.
Então, a estratégia do MBL é muito valida para esses atores independentes da política. É realmente infantil, porém é como o jogo funciona na internet atualmente, infelizmente. Mas assim, quando vamos para a política institucional, ou movimentos sociais de verdade, aí sim é preciso aplicar a estratégia que você mencionou no fim do post. É que o MBL não é um movimento social, e sim uma ferramenta de marketing das ideias da extrema direita.

O yeah, for internet stuff, that's perfectly fine. I mean for mass actions, demonstrations and the like. Look at MBL, they were little more than a Carnival parade with a few placards mentioning PT and Dilma, and it played perfectly to their strength: pure Spectacle and zero information and class consciousness. The organizers knew full well they had no basis for calling for Dilma's impeachment, so they just gathered a bunch of imbeciles with a hollow "down with thing" message, and it worked, because, unconsciously, nobody expects anything good from the right, and consciously, the media will whitewash them anyway. A similar event by the left against any given target would be immediately derided by the entire press as childish, pointless, unfocused, chaotic etc., and untold millions of idiots would agree. Besides, like I said, protests are shows of force, they're not good for spreading information anyway, yet the left has this burden of justifying its protests. A leftwing demonstration needs to be clever and make a clear and simple point, such as, for example, showcasing a ridiculous but possible application of an ill-thought law, such as calling the education minister an indoctrinator. At any rate, this burden makes it much more difficult for the left to have a protest the press can't turn against it.
