Seize the capital! We will attack during traditional military ceremonies where the monarchs and generals are exposed. Bombs will be strategically placed at the sides of the main road to cause confusion in the parading troops. Power lines and wifi towers will also be sabotaged just before the attack. Guerillas will cut telephone lines. All communication from the city will cease. The attacks will be launched from within the CBD and from the surrounding country, effectively putting resistance into pockets into the suburbs. When the bombs going off, the revolutionaries will seize government buildings and guerillas in the surrounding country will advance towards the CBD. The attack will be so sudden and from so many angles that any forces parading will be confused and subsequently annihilated. The city, along with the weapons supposed to be paraded, will be ours.
Armed with the captured weapons, the Ulyanovsk People's Army will be quickly developed and strengthened. A special motorized brigade will rush towards Tard Town with intent to capture it before forces gathered at the forts can respond.
Guerillas not aiding the capture of the capital will dig in around it and await reinforcement by the UPA. The monarchy and high ranking government officials (those that survived the explosions) will be executed. There will be no communication or attempts to communicate with the remaining government forces or with any foreign news agencies.
