Now in pics related you can see how he tries to present this as if simultaneously there are no innocents, including no child innocents, in an "invasion".
And also as if the Western countries (whites) are under attack, and that he just wants the races/cultures to basically leave each other alone (implied in the jew/israel pic), but he sees a white child killed as an atrocity while a Muslim child being killed is just the cost of a culture war.
Also says anyone who's a settler in a colony shares guilt, but doesn't seem to think this applies to the colony of Australia he is from.
He is being dishonest, he doesn't want us to leave each other alone, he sees this as a global competition basically but does not present it that way. This is a mindset you will find in many Zig Forums users I think.

It's not an actual quote, and he doesn't say it all in one place. It's just the sort of narrative he was altogether putting forward.
The little picture at the top of the manifesto does explicitly imply he considered himself "anti imperialist" though if that helps.
