Why aren't you celibate?

And further more unless you are doing as much work as Paul did and constantly being busy working for God you shouldn't be celibate I mean, if you are doing so many works for our Lord that getting married would be in the way then be my guest being celibate but, if you just a normal Christian guy you would be much better off and do more works by rasing a Godly family

I am not sure if you are denying that St. Paul wrote 1 Corinthians, or you did not look up the passage. Here are several versions of 1 Corinthians 7:32-35.

This is actually the most interesting thing in this thread, as I've heard it before. Is that the only reason why more Christians aren't celibate? Then the question is why are we all so lazy? Why not live the strenuous life for the Lord? Other than sin, there must be a reason for this

Alright some Bible, can't be to careful nowadays with people making stuff and taking Bible outta context and I noticed how many times Paul said "Not to restraint you or snare you"
Probably because people have to work not everyone has the privilege to be able to have the ministry sustain them and not everyone can read the Bible and pray as much as possible per day

You should read 1 Corinthians 7, post haste.
Take special note of this part:
"I wish that all men were as I am. But each man has his own gift from God; one has this gift, another has that."
Why did he just wish that everyone would become celibate? Isn't that against your interpretation of Genesis 1:28?

That being said, I not only think people here should marry, but that the virtue of chastity is misunderstood in those times.
Why do people thin that gay people are perfect for celibacy? The apostles recommended that people that have the virtue of celibacy become celibate, and really this should be the requirement for becoming celibate. Not because its convenient to you, not because the laws on divorce are tough, not any other reason– You will probably end up sinning if you become "celibate" for those reasons anyways.

I dunno man, I've seen people advocate that christians dont reproduce before. My Zig Forumsack blood keeps telling me this is one of those times.

You also sound like you are from a catholic seminary.

Nearly everyone reads the Bible in the way they want. That's nothing new.

But you're a papist, you try to please the Lord in vain.

I am done listening to this papist drivel. This board is garbage anyway, people like this should be banned.
