Some are called to be husbands. It's not out of selfish desire. I was given a beautiful devout wife by God. Our meeting was not by chance.

This was something I had been called for since I was young, and I was a virgin until we married. I also prayed for it and waited patiently. That patience was worth it.

You should stop shilling celibacy as something mandated. Chastity until marriage is something I strongly agree with, but not forever. Few men are strong enough to be celibate, and, as Paul said, it is better to marry than to burn.

Because it's much harder to project someone as your own child when you already have blood children. The needs of the spirit contradict the flesh, and the flesh the spirit.

Not saying that you have to go down this path, but that this path is VERY MUCH needed in today's world. Not everyone who produces children have in fact multiplied, therefor we need fathers for the fatherless.

Be fruitful and "multiply", but multiply doesn't just mean blood offspring as proof of God's promise to Abraham, of his children being as numerous as the stars, through Jesus Christ.

If it was good for Abraham, if it's good for God, then it must be good for Christians. This isn't saying that all Christians should be like this, but that it's a VERY important role.

I relate with orphan children. And altho I want to live as a celibate Ive thought about how adopting a child and raising one into the catholic faith would be beautiful. Maybe I am eventually called to do this

However it's a shame how adopting one has been made a very difficult process on purpose. Often if one wants to adopt a child the wait is very long, costs an awful lot of money and in only very few get to adopt one because of "safe parenting reasons. Yet the government wont hesitate for a second to give the child to a homosexual couple, whose parenting will surely mess the child up mentally and confuse the kid, not to mention it runs the risk of the kid getting molested by manipulative bad pedophile parents

Pray for the fatherless that they might get Godly catholic adoptive fathers

It's a tall order, failing it is a horrible sin, and the alternative, marriage, is perfectly licit and moral.
